Last post for now…

Unfortunately, Anige has had an accident and broken her left arm. We were in the hills just south of Ait Mansour, Morocco and Angie took a tumble at the road side., Fell over backwards and came down hard on her elbow. We were rushed to Tiznit hospital, last Wednesday and have been there since. Angie is recouperating from an operation to repair 3 fractures and a dislocation, I am at her side.

Posting suspended for now.

Kindest…Wayne.

Ron, thanks so much, sorry, I couldn’t read your email address. Thanks and safe travels.

So sorry to hear that – poor Angie. Hope she’s getting good treatment at the hospital and that she is up and about soon.

Thanks Ann, I guess we are being treated better than most. It’s difficult to tell. Morocco hospitals are a weird world, almost in line with 1960’s mental health care units. We are ‘over the worst’ (Inshalah) and heading for the UK soon. Kindest… Wayne.

We have been following your trip and blog and absolutely love it. We have just bought our first MH and you gave us the inspiration. Still unable to travel but you keep our dreams alive.

Sorry for your troubles and we wish Angie a speedy recouvery. Whatever happens you will never say those awful words what if. You have lived the dream and still after this setback hopefully no regrets.

To two inspirational people best wishes and hood luck.

Thankyou for your kind words, life has its way of throwing you a curve ball every now and then! It’s how we deal with them that matters, it’s tough at the moment but I know in time I will look back and remember the kindness of strangers! The people of Morocco are probably the kindest and most helpful people we have ever met! It won’t be long before we are back in Charlie clocking up the miles and laughing about our latest adventure! I hope you get the opportunity to begin your own adventures very soon. Best wishes Angie…(my first post)
